Welcome to Prismify ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle information. This Privacy Policy applies to the Prismify Android application available on the Google Play Store.
Prismify is a wallpaper application that provides high-quality photographs sourced from Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay. We offer both a free, ad-supported tier and an optional premium subscription. This policy explains what data is collected — by us and our third-party partners — and how it is used.
Prismify itself does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) directly. We do not maintain user accounts, logins, or any server-side user database.
Prismify integrates several third-party SDKs (detailed in Section 4) that may collect data automatically. This includes:
Prismify requests the following Android permissions to function correctly:
INTERNET)Required for: Loading wallpaper images from our image sources and communicating with third-party services (ads, subscriptions).
How we use it: Core functionality — without internet access, the app cannot display wallpapers.
Required for: Saving wallpapers to your device's gallery and applying images as your home or lock screen wallpaper.
How we use it: We access your device storage only to write the wallpaper image you explicitly choose to download. We do not read or scan other files on your device.
SET_WALLPAPER)Required for: Applying the selected image directly as your home screen or lock screen wallpaper.
How we use it: Used only when you tap "Set as Wallpaper" — no background wallpaper changes occur.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)Required for: Checking connectivity before loading images to provide a better user experience.
Prismify uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. Links are provided below.
All wallpapers available in Prismify are AI-generated images created and served from our own backend. We do not source content from any third-party photography platform. No photographer data, user-uploaded content, or external image APIs are involved.
Free-tier users of Prismify see advertisements powered by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data to serve personalized or contextual ads.
Pro subscribers do not see ads. AdMob is not initialized for Pro users.
Prismify uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect a randomized user ID, purchase history, and device metadata to validate and restore your subscription.
RevenueCat does not receive your payment details — all financial transactions are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store.
All purchases and subscription payments are processed by Google Play. Prismify never receives, stores, or has access to your payment card details or billing information. Google's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
The free version of Prismify displays banner and interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads help us keep the app free for everyone.
AdMob may serve interest-based (personalized) advertisements using your Google Advertising ID. You can manage or reset your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, through your Android device settings.
Users with an active Prismify Pro subscription will never see advertisements. AdMob is entirely disabled for Pro subscribers.
⚠️ Note: While we do not control the content of ads served by Google AdMob, we have configured our AdMob account to filter out inappropriate ad categories. If you encounter an offensive ad, please report it to us at hello@prismify.space.
Prismify offers a Pro subscription that unlocks additional features and removes all advertisements. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and RevenueCat.
Your subscription is billed through the Google Play Store under your Google account. Prismify does not collect, process, or store any billing or payment card information. For billing issues, refunds, or subscription management, please visit your Google Play Subscriptions page.
RevenueCat stores your subscription status (active, expired, cancelled) linked to an anonymous identifier. This is used only to verify your Pro access within the app and to restore purchases if you reinstall Prismify.
The data collected by our third-party partners is used for the following purposes:

We take security seriously. Prismify does not maintain its own servers that store user data — all sensitive functions are delegated to trusted, industry-standard providers (Google, RevenueCat). Image content is fetched over HTTPS. We follow current Android security best practices and keep our SDK dependencies up to date.
However, no system is 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.
Prismify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact us at hello@prismify.space and we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Our AdMob configuration is set to treat all users under 16 as minors for the purposes of ad personalization, in compliance with applicable regulations.

Prismify is available globally. Our third-party providers (Google, RevenueCat) may process and store your data in the United States or other countries. If you access the app from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, these providers are obligated to process your data in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR).
By using Prismify, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred internationally as described above.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we use, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will:
